The staff are all friendly and very involved in the local mountain bike community in Whistler.
It's an MTB/Whistler rite of passage if you're a mountain biker living in Whistler to have something from Chromag on your bike.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't at the shop but a part of my shorts broke so I emailed for a replacement. I Sent a photo and my address and 4 days later got the peace. I know it's a small peace but the friendly service I got I am sure transfers over! Thanks Chromag

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greatly recommend, first i bought a monk from them an i absolutely love it. Then i broke my rear wheel an i took it to my local bike shop an they told me "oh your wheel is completely broken its gonna cost you $500 to build up a new wheel". So i thought screw that I'm gonna email chromag. Got through to Ian at chromag, he said from photos on email that it looks like your axle has just snapped. So i shipped them the wheel an sure enough he was right, he fixed the axle, cleaned everything, and sent me back the wheel all in a couple days all for free. You cannot beat good customer service??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their warranty and customer service is amazing, which is tough to find these days. Bought some pedals, and they had developed a small squeak after a couple of days (rare issue). The bike shop I bought them from wanted to rebuild them; where Chromag stepped up and offered to replace them with new ones. Great to know that they have your back and support their product.
