I had the pleasure of having Michelle for most of my interactions and her customer service skills are extraordinary! If you're ever in a pickle this should be your first stop. With staff member's like Michelle you''ll feel right at home.

She handled working in the store alone while it was very busy, but she maintained her professionalism and was able to multitask while helping me out. Thank you! You were lovely!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never once have had things go smoothly with this store. My home store should be Kitchener but some reason this is my home store and it is unbelievably painful to even get somebody on the line. Whether I call the store or online and have them forward me - you always seem to hangup on me right away... Hmm. I like this company more than any other loan company so leaving this kinda hurts considering how much I've vouched for how helpful you guys can be. Would just be nice if I got the same service at this store as I did in Kitchener. I guess I'll wait another 4 hours to call when somebody might actually pick up the phone. (Are you even open 24 hours like it says?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is really amazing. I visited this location today (saturday evening) as I had to borrow due to an unfortunate financial situation. I was pleasantly welcomed by Michelle.
Michelle not only helped me with the loan but also made me feel positive through her communication and customer service.
I borrowed from this location previously. I have always had great customer experience. I am happy with this location due to staff like her who are going above and beyond in customer service.
