★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 3 drinks from his location last night, the tapioca pearls was hard, normally it's a melt in your mouth texture, but not in those drinks I received. And all of the drinks was off , it had a strong chemically /metallic taste in them. I was super disappointed with this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, even though it’s busy pretty much 24/7 the workers still work hard to deliver good service.
Drinks are hella sweet and most of them are fixed sugar/ice. Probably not catered towards the majority of the Asian population due to how sweet the drinks are. Crunchy Strawberry was so sweet that I literally could not drink it. My throat burned.
But the Crunchy Tiramisu is bearably sweet, it’s good if you happen to crave something as sweet as ice cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New favourite bubble tea! The staff were really friendly and helped me choose which drinks to try as it was my first time visiting The Alley. Tried the Deerioca and the Passionfruit Green Tea; both were excellent! Will be coming back soon... maybe tomorrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEST BUBBLE TEA IN TORONTO!!! Don’t normally go to this location, but had to give this location a 5 star review too! The tapioca are made in house and are always PERFECT. Also love how the milk tea has a very tea flavour. Would recommend the milk tea with pearls!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here many times. They don't have too many options for tea without milk which is a little disappointing. They also don't have popping bubbles. However, I keep going back because the tea quality and the variety overall is very good. Highly recommend it. I love how well they prepare their hot drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We always heard about the Alley! As one of the best bubble tea shops, we tried their #1 popular drink (brown sugar derioca milk tea) and snow velvet muscat black tea. I imagined the taste would be better but maybe I didn't know what to choose ?
