★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Japanese coffee shop. We were not only clients but guests. We came with my wife and there was no space as the coffee shop is very small, the waitress told us to come back in 30min and when we came back our spots were reserved. They didn't know us but they took us very seriously and they provided us great service. All their products are high quality and very fresh. If you love Matcha, that's the best place. It is mind blowing how fresh it is! I highly recommend. Just wow! I miss this place as I am located in Montréal. Big love to the people who welcomed us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got their Sakura sundae and matcha daifuku, both were sooo good. The sundae had so many interesting layers as you keep eating (rice Krispies at the bottom !!). The matcha daifuku is a nice light dessert if you’re in the mood for something sweet but not TOO sweet. The overall vibe inside is really nice and clean with everyone just chilling and enjoying their desserts/drinks. I definitely want to go back and try all the other daifuku flavours ?

We really liked both the matcha and strawberry soft serve; they offer it mixed too so you can try both.
The cream puffs were airy and soft. The earl grey filling was delicious. Great little place for an evening dessert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered the Peach Earl Grey cake for our birthday with Bloom Cafe online. The ordering process was very user friendly and we had no problems. We were sent updates for when our cake was ready for pick up. Pick up was very fast and hassle-free.
Our cake was beautiful as advertised and BC included a cute teddy bear happy birthday signage and heart shaped candle. The cake was extremely delicious and we were happy that we decided to get our cake here. It was sweet but not so overpowering like your average Western cakes. We definitely tasted the Peach and Earl Grey Tea in this.
Thank you for making our birthday extra special with a beautiful and tasty cake! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bloom cafe has an authentic Japanese cafe vibe, with a various pastry options from matcha, strawberry, yuzu, etc. Pair well with any drinks as the sweetness level is low, refresh yet creamy.
Can’t argue that they have pleasant customer service, you will get a good guidance even for your first time in the store.
They have a lot of tables, plus a quiet space at the back for students/ meeting purposes.
Edit1: I have tried their Gyukoru and ceremonial matcha powder. They are both aromatic and strong, especially the Gyukoru. Smooth and fine texture when mixing, for the better price than Davis Tea fyi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely atmosphere. I got the matcha cream puff and it was overflowing with cream! I loved how there was a matcha glaze on the outside - it added a sweeter taste to the cream puff. Despite it's sweeter flavour, it was not overpowering and the matcha flavour was strong. I look forward to trying other flavours at Bloom Cafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bloom cafe is one of my favourite cafes that specialize in Japanese coffee drinks and desserts. I usually buy the cream puffs for friends and everyone enjoys it. Their hojicha is great and the seasonal peach sundae is top tier. There is ample seating, but I find that it gets quite cold in the back room. Great place for studying , chatting and eating!
