He has been so patient and reassuring while introducing our dog to pack walks. Our dog gets so excited when the van arrives to pick him up, and he always comes home exhausted. I always look forward to the great pictures and a summarized report provided after every walk :) highly recommend!

Lennie was a covid puppy and didn’t have great social skills. Riley was patient with her and he was thoughtful about how she got introduced to the pack. After four weeks of hikes with Pawsentials, I feel like I have a whole new dog! She absolutely loves her afternoon group hikes and now instead of being scared of other dogs she is excited to meet them. To top it all off, Riley’s attention to detail and thoughtful recaps and photos are the best. Thank you for everything you do!!

We were a little nervous at first, but Riley instantly gave us piece of mind. We know that our little guy is not always easy, and definitely has his puppy quirks, but Riley has helped train, walk, and socialize him (plus added lots of extra love into his life). We always look forward to seeing the pictures and report at the end of the hike, and checking out the route they go on inspires us to explore more. Riley sends photos at the end of their hike which includes a write-up of how Leo did for the day. It is literally my favourite thing and breaks up my workday with something to look forward to. The dogs look to have a blast while socializing and exercising.

Riley and his team uphold exceptional values of professionalism, flexibility, strong communication, and above all care for the dogs in their care. Our dog Archie has been going on hikes with Riley for 7 months and absolutley loves it. I hope a picture says a 1000 words as Archie always has a huge smile and is well exercised each day.
