From the get go his approach was very educational. I was educated on the cost-effectiveness of the product in comparison to alternatives, I was given many options to choose from (colour of products, designs, shapes, etc. you name it). On the day of the job on my property, (I had my driveway as well as my backyard pool area resurfaced) Pavesmart showed up on time and completed the work in very professional manner. I'm absolutely in love with the end result. Great communication, great workmen-ship, fantastic work ethic and all around pleasure to work with. Would and will recommend Shaian and the rest of his team to anyone in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charged my parents $3700 for a walkway & when they ran out of colour halfway through, they just continued on so now the thing is multi coloured and hideous. Pics included. Now they won't return any calls or emails. DON'T RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our pool deck resurfaced in May. Shaian and his team were courteous and professional. The prep was more than we expected. They smoothed and fixed the old cement surface before starting the rubber. They paid attention to detail and gave us a new attractive surface at a reasonable price. It is very nice on the feet and easier for standing while vacuuming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our swimming pool area covered and are very pleased with the result. The seamless finish is so beautiful, our grandchildren love the swimming pool now. Cannot believe something so simple could make such a dramatic difference to our home. Thank you pavesmart for listening to our concerns and creating a design that suites our home. The people were also friendly and professional. I would recommend this to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had our driveway done by Pavesmart last summer. I liked the work that they did. However, I have a problem with one area and have tried to contact them to see what could be done about it. At first, it was difficult to contact them but when I did, I was promised (twice) that someone would come out and have a look. But no one ever came. Since then, it has become impossible to contact them. If I leave messages, they are not returned. And their voicemail system does not allow me to leave a message.
