Show up on time, tell you what they did and there staff are clean, respectful and hardworking. If you have questions or want a consultation they are more than responsive and will go over your questions and concerns.

We love the fact that we don’t have to worry about when or if our lawn needs cutting, they show up every week and do the job when it’s necessary. The work is done quickly and efficiently and we’re notified by email what work has been performed.
Would have no hesitation in recommending Bur-Han Garden and Lawn Services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a small retaining wall repaired. They asked for some pictures in order to give an estimate. I sent them a video. They advised me they would need to do a site visit.
I scheduled over a week in advance and confirmed the time and arrival a few days before. I had to reschedule my and my tenants day for them. I cancelled other inspections as they seemed to be professional
2 hrs before they were to arrive they messaged me asking to reschedule. When i told them it would be difficult and ask why the guy messaged back saying he has health issues which limit him. i asked if there was any one else that could step in (no response).
Then they told me they wouldnt be able to do the work for me for 3 to 4 months.
I can understand a medical emergency but this does not seem to be the case. Especially when they tell me they wont be able to do any work for 3 to 4 months.
If this is any indication of how they do work im glad I didnt go further with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed some work done on my patio as the slabs had become uneven due to a tree root growing in, the root had broken a few of the slabs as well. They had the whole thing re-levelled with new stones laid down in a couple days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually "always" do my own lawn maintenance, fertilizing, aeration, cutting, and liming myself, but this year when I received the BUR-HAN flyer in the mail for their SPRING PACKAGE and I thought that I would take a break this year. Their price was reasonable and what I really liked was their level of communication. They acknowledged my request, then provided updates as far as when they were going to perform their work (in advance). I had some questions about the aeration and received a quick reply to my question. They arrived when they said, cleaned up the sidewalks before they left. All in all, I am happy with the job and would recommend BUR-HAN.
