★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Navdeep Singh Gujral is working with you guys and at the same time committing interac e transfer scams. As a reputable security company you guys should be conducting proper background screening on applicants and should be mandatory. Navdeep is currently still working with Garda Security and displays the quality of their security guards, criminals and not educated. The officers you guys hire reflects the lack of skills management has with hiring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked for GardaWorld, from October 2016 to June of 2017. In total, I worked 8 months for GardaWorld. Management staffs were friendly and easy to get along with.
Because GardaWorld is such a huge company, with over a thousand employees, they often made mistakes on employee’s paycheques.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They not even deserve one star. Two of there employees came in RBC BANK to drop off or pick up the cash I was doing the security for that plaza. I greet there security guards but they not even responded to me. After that I took a picture of there truck as this was a policy of the plaza management that whoever comes in the property we have to take picture of there vehicle. One of there guard told me that he will call cops on site and ask them to remove me from here like seriously. I made a complaint against them to the plaza management and soon I will post a review on Facebook by tagging gardaworld. So owner please ask your guard to be polite and if they are coming next time in the property in the presence of me I will take picture as I am also doing security for the plaza and you guys are third party. I don’t care if your security guard call cops because he can’t remove me from here as I am approved by strata to work here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked at different sites and with great people for almost a year.
I was excited when I join the team. In starting it seemed fine, but soon the communication went drastically down. No follow-up from managers and scheduling is also really disturbed, I mean how you manage scheduling with emails only and no verbal consent is made. But Garda manages to do so.
So I hope they will try to rectify the issues and shine again in BC like other provinces, but till that time, keep trying guys.

Excellent company my Account manager .at Mississauga Ontario was always cooperative and helpful ....Sadly I had to move to another province .but very professional environment. In my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not work here. The account managers and supervisors are horrible. They do not reply to calls texts or emails. I was forced to wait 4 months for payment and anytime I asked I was just lead along as you'll get it later. Vikas dewan the account manager does not care for his guards just his own behind, when I complained about a supervisor buying escorts on the company computer he first gave me a strike instead of doing anything about it and then reluctantly dealt with it only because I informed the other guards that there would be no punishment. The supervisor got a Slap on the wrist and came back to work. Theyre more worried about if your shirt is tucked in properly rather than your safety and communicating with you. After telling a supervisor I was not feeling safe doing a job I was informed that I am complaining too much and to just leave the site then... Thanks gaurav sahdev, very helpful feedback with that remark
