★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE place to go........if you're just looking for a warm body in a security jacket. They have one of the worst reputations in the industry and promise their employees more than they end up getting. If they're billing you $20 they are paying their guards $12.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gate of parking lot was closed before it's supposed to be and our cars got stuck in there at 10pm. Called the office, took them a while to figure out where we were but a staff was dispatched right away. 25 minutes later we got our cars back and was able to go home..... be careful if you want to park in the lot at Yew street and W 41st Ave, behind Tim hortons. Apparently a lot of ppl got their cars stuck in the lot and had to come back the next day. I appreciated it that they were able to answer my call right away and send someone to help. But this did not have to happen??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another lost contract. Security guard, and people tracking simultaneously. Spying on people you should be protecting; collecting money for both jobs. We will be hiring someone that does not sleep on the job. Who would you recommend? Paladin or Securitas. Because we are not coming back to you EVER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wreckless drivers that speed and tailgate. They dont use turn signals, and never slow down or move over for emergency vehicles with their lights on when on the highway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 2 friends worked here for over 22 years, became friends personally and family friends. The one owner actually took my wife out for dinner once while working late and when my friends both turned 63 they were let got because apparently B & H got complaints from clients about my 2 friends but couldn't back up their claims.
So if your looking for a stable secure company to work for trust me folks your search will Not stop here. You will be lied too right out of the gate..
And the people that gave this terrible company a glowing review.. Remember there names , They are employees.
So when you get let go because you turned 63.
I would like to be the 1st to say.. Told you so ,This is a very under handed company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I have applied this company lots !! I’m a citizen and have plenty of security experience the HR manager told me I’m not qualified to work? Which seems not right I wanna speak to Bruce Marginson I feel hurt and treated badly about this I never been late to work!!!! Ever and I have a car!!! But they told me I’m not qualified which makes no sense at all don’t judge someone without knowing their story!! Please if your reading this Bruce can you send me your email contact info?
