★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible communication throughout, no monitoring of progress by company other than when we called about issues with the repairs. Drywall and paint left on floor once work was completed, had to call and email pictures of the mess. Came back twice more and still not cleaned up. Cleaning it myself rather than have them attempt a 4th time (a scrub brush and some soapy water was all that was required). If your insurance refers them, get a quote from someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeremy and his team were very professional when they cleaned up my Mom's house after flooding from a sewage back up. They treated my Mom's possessions carefully and with respect. All repairs to the house were done in a timely manner. Everything looks brand new again! We are very happy with the tradesmans' attention to detail. Thanks again to the staff at Paul Davis, we highly recommend them to all our friends.
