★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store pickup service is not good. I bought a costume to pick up at the store, when I went to pick up my purchase they told me that the item was out of stock and Party City still hasn't returned my money. They just say sorry and they don't solve anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed online order for pickup. There did not appear to be any way to request balloon inflation for a specific date online. Once my order was ready, I called to confirm inflation date/time. I was informed I would need to physically go into the store to do this. It took over 30 minutes waiting in line to place the order for foil balloons I'd already purchased. I needed the balloons for a Sunday morning, so I asked what the latest I could pick them up on Saturday night was. I was misinformed 7:30pm . The store had closed at 6pm. When I realized and called, an associate told me that I would nee from wait until they opened at 10am the next day. When I picked the balloons up on Sunday I had to wait in line again. The latex balloons didn't even last for 2 hours (they immediately sunk).
Making it easier to place a balloon fill order online would be greatly appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great product..the solid. colored, helium., balloons died after less than 24 hours... the filigree white are still going strong 76 hours later...
TIP....
Buy the transportation bag to take the balloons home in...we lost x2... "WITH " the bag..
But people without a transport bag, were loosing 4 n 5.. out of 10..
Staff very helpful with lots n lots of stock..@
