When I woke up in the morning I quickly realized that I made a terrible mistake of forgetting to add some crush washers to my rockauto order. This inevitably had put my 4 caliper swap on my noble nissan murano to a hold. Luckily I have remembered that not too close from where I live, there exists a store of knowledge, quality selection of parts, with prices that can’t be beat. Hence the parts, the pros and price. Right as I was putting on my coat I remembered that one of my great friends used to be a partsource veteran. So instead of driving for 2 minutes down the road, I decided to give him a call to find out whether I will be able to find some crush washers at Partsource. The answer that I have received from my friend was nothing that I would expect, he did not give me a yes or no answer, rather he gave a more complicated response. Nonetheless I proceeded to take the chance and the leap of faith, in the hopes that someone at Partsource will help me out. As I arrived at partsource, there were 3 employees at the counter. I gently had to interrupt their interaction with one simple question of “Do you guys have any crush washers by any chance”, and the response that I got was “everything that we have is on the shelf”. Little did they know that 5 minutes prior to our interaction, I had been praised with great information from a former partsource employee, and I was told that right behind the counter partsource keeps gray bins filled with different types of hardware, and one of those bins is filled with different sized crush washers. So I kindly asked whether they keep any bins in the back that contain crush washers, and ofcourse the answer I got was “no”. I left the store downhearted, knowing fully well that I was just a few steps away from what I needed. And as sad as this sounds, those crush washers locked up in the bin will probably stay there for the decades to come.

Don't trust warranty records!!!! Yesterday I went to this store to check for warranty of battery for Acura 2006 CSX, I bought 3 years ago but when Customer service checked, there was no record of my purchase in their system and he said because it was 3 years ago, it was automatically deleted while warranty of this battery was 4 years. So I believe they remove Customers warranty records.

Store 764 Great Job! My Alternator failed on me two days ago on the coldest day of the year - minus 34. Thankfully, I pulled into Part Source and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Lazaro Urbina. Let me tell you this staff member is exceptional by going above and beyond.so kind:) I didn't think human beings like this existed on the planet. He was able to find me the new Alternator and in addition - he was able to find me a mobile mechanic. I was back on the road in two hours! Wow! Now, tell me if this is not a miracle? I'm very gratefull your store was on the corner. when my car started to stall on me I lost all hope. Great job Lazaro and team! I'm definitely going to keep you in mind for auto parts in future!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently open on Sundays, which when you need an emergency car part is a blessing. Only issue I had was with the rebuilt part, having a bad bushing which should have been picked up by the rebuilders quality control, but this is no fault of the store.

I've seen the best service, smiling, serious, patient, very happy to help guests solve problems, and will also make good suggestions. Her name is Alanna. Please remember her name. Because this morning, I went there to buy a Mazda range switch, and other employees didn’t seriously solve my problem and told me that they didn’t sell the range switch I wanted. I was very disappointed and left. Then I went to Canadian tire and they I also wanted to send it from PartSource, but I heard Alanna on the phone telling me that they had what I needed, so I went over again and talked with her very comfortably. Because of these things, I forget the unhappy things Alan

Owned by Canadian Tire Corp., these franchise locations offer just parts, DIY without access to mechanics to install. PartSource claim to have over 300,000 auto parts but I'll take their word rather than trying to verify this tidbit myself. Staff will help you determine a replacement vehicle part number, if needed. Many specials so check online before buying. Customer service is excellent at this store!
