★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to give a one star as lower is not allowed, will never use this store again it is the last time of getting the wrong part, wasting my time, money, products, energy. The staff can not get you the correct parts and they have taken away the books for you to look up your own parts (never got a wrong part from Auto Value just 4 blocks down 52)When returning the filter the staff did not know about it as the manger told me and the desk person decided to insinuate that I was "telling a story"(lied) and made a comment as to my wife picking the part up as he "knew what the issue was" a female buying automotive parts (as she has done for 27 yrs I can account for (right Vernon Team Lead)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People at the front are too busy with each other. Waiting in line 5 people one cashier , 4 other employees busy around front. And that one cashiee also busy chit chatting with the cx he is attending.poor customer service skills .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys take advantage of females. Do not trust these guys opinions. I had gone into that store with 2 of my girlfriend's and the 3 guys in this store were so quick drop everything and to jump to help us and assured us we had bought the right tool I needed to fix my car. They knew the year, make and model and yet when the part was not correct they would not accept the return regardless of their 90 return policy. Disgusting service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to three different locations or sparkplug and in the end they were all wrong. This is ridiculous, you have a computer right infront of you to tell you the size and gap. I shouldn't have to find out they are the wrong plugs when I go to start my truck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! A stand up experience, especially with the team member, who was hilarious and sourced all of the parts we needed.
We were in an out within 20 minutes and had everything on our list for well within our budget!
In addition, they have a limit on in store capacity due to COVID-19 and we’re getting through everyone. Very impressive.
