J	Jake F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYER BEWARE!! I recently purchased a pair of Ray Ban aviators from this store. After wearing them, I noticed that there was a glare with the lenses. I did a check online and I found out that the glasses were FAKE because of a missing engraving. After confronting the store owner Abdul with this issue, he insisted that the pair was genuine and since his suppliers were in China and the Middle East, discrepancies with the engravings are common. Despite this ridiculous claim, the glasses I received said "Made in Italy".. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this shop if you are looking for a pair of genuine glasses.

I have bought multiple frames from them ranging in brands from Perry Ellis, Oakleys and some generic brands. I have paid competitive prices (200-400) for these frames including lab-fabricated high quality lenses. I also most recently purchased a set of great acuvue daily wear contact lenses. I did not check the expiry (oops). My vision remains clear. I have to say the staff have been courteous, well-mannered and respectful of my needs. If you want to support a small business in the heart of Scarborough, I would visit and recommend my family/friends here. Wishing clarity to all.
P	Parkway Patrol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Gloria Omoruyi is the rudest “doctor” I have ever met. She has no problem verbally assaulting people and clapping her hands in your face. Avoid this woman at all costs, she has a nasty attitude. Disgusting people at this “optical” - not sure if she’s a real doctor. This place is very unsanitary and disgusting during the global pandemic. I would avoid coming here for your own health and safety. Go to the new Kodak shop a few stores down.
S	Shawn McCullough on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to get my Pradas re lensed and np charge me a 100 buck 20 mins later I go back and the man says oh u have bad luck and he brings me my glasses back with screw broke in arm Again he said bad luck He goes I have to send to lab and get them to fix it glasses r 2 yrs old They broke the screw fine I let them send to lab two weeks later I go to get them I got them this morning and they now charging me 50 dollars more for his mistake So I told lady she understand This afternoon I get a call from him saying I need to pay for the lab ????? This guy whacked or nuts cause if I break something in my trade I'm responsible to fix it I won't be going back there Beware thanks

I heard his voice just before he did it. Very insulting. I've been their client for so many years who had so many glasses made there already. I'm not going back there anymore!
