S	Sarah Grieve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst parking experience ever! Payment mwthod not advertised until you leave. Was told by 'customer service' that i would have to leave my car to find an ATM so i can pay cash and get charged an ATM fee all because they dont accept visa debit which is closer to cash than any credit card. Horrible service. Will NEVER use again and will tell all my friend and family to do the same.
J	Jacqueline Couture on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super expensive. $18 for not even 2 hours in the early evening. Won't be going back there again. There are equally good restaurants in others areas of the city where parking lots aren't taking advantage of us.
M	Michaela Scriver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your average parking garage. This multi-level parking garage offers prime parking in the heart of the Byward Market. Narrow passages and sharp turns so I don't recommend larger vehicles unless you're comfortable driving the one-way lane. Stairwells always smell like urine, without fail.
T	Taylor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been living in Ottawa for almost 2 weeks now and upon arrival parked at this garage. I inquired about monthly parking the day I arrived and it took Indigo over a week to respond with an actual human. Their automated emails asked me to submit my application about 6 times. After I finally spoke with a human, I was told that I’d need to either pay over the phone or in person (about a 30 min walk from my apartment), but regardless I’d need to show up in person to get my pass (unless I wanted to wait for it to show up in the mail). What an archaic system... the fact that they don’t have their app setup to do this is beyond me. So I walk 30 minutes the next day to their office, only to find a note on the door saying they closed 2 hours early. Needless to say, I am finding another lot.
K	K Choi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do NOT park here. I was charged $38 from Sunday 3pm to Monday 11am. The max rate is $16 per 12 hrs. I tried adding it up from the max rate and it does NOT add up. This is by far the most expensive parking in Ottawa and false advertising.

R	Richard Bowlby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ multi level garage with reasonable rates for where it is. Some of the stairwells are pretty dingy but what you would expect for a downtown parking garage.
N	Neil Haley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good central parking. Can fill up fast, tricky if you don't know the area. The biggest issue is that they no longer accept cash. MUST be a debit or credit card.
