It's a perfectly convenient location to park your car since you're in the heart of the market, and everything you need is about a 2 minute walk away. The prices are very reasonable and I've never had any machine problems or annoyances, fast and effective every time. As a bonus, each parking space has a sensor which indicates (to a panel in the entrance) the number of free spaces on each level, which is an extremely useful feature for knowing if there are any available spots and where.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy access with multiple entrances and exists, connected to Rideau center, Westin Hotel, Congress center, light rail and buses.
Prices are very fair and much better than the Indigo parking you find in Ottawa which are a compete theft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The walking distance of everything I could get with two children was amazing. The price wasn't bad. And the day was done with a nice chilled drink nearby.
The kids loved the stairwells (as most kids often love the cadence and echo of course ) and the parking was super easy to get into and out of.
Can't wait to bring the wife to the captial.city and walk to Gatineau.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is so well located for visiting the Byward Market and considerably cleaner than the other parking garages in the area. The parking costs are ok and there is security on site.
It is easy to access and to exit, well except for busy evening times when so many people are partying in the Market!
Good enough for old guy like me to park and leave my car
