Actually 14-16 weeks. they lied about the price, the price was 1200$ after the total and taxes and then they charge me 1457$,now trying to get my money back from the back. Total scam artists and awful customer service.

Waited a week without action, phoned and was told they do not have it in stock, and have no idea when it may come back. I missed Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals because I thought I had it reserved. No solution from CDW.

Called to find out that I will be carrying almost $2K on my credit card for a month that I never had in my hands. And the first cancellation was on their system for 2 weeks before it was shipped. Salesman was apologetic, but their unwillingness to absorb their own mistakes is brutal.
M	Mark Upton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero Stars. Tried to buy an outdoor TV from this "company". Charged my credit card with no issues. Two weeks later I follow up on my order. I am told it is being processed and shipped within the week, no problem. Three days later I get a call from the same guy, and I am told the item is discontinued and not available anymore, and he asks if I would like to cancel my order. The email also states that the order will be automatically cancelled within 5 days if I don't reply. Now I know the world is getting dumber everyday, but this tales the cake. So I call and ask for the replacement TV and they say there is none. Then he asks me what I would like to do! Scammers. I say "well obviously cancel". I then get a confirmation email saying the order has been cancelled AT MY REQUEST. Steer clear of these guys, there are more reputable sellers online.
