★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. An order for contact lenses were put in for my daughter and I went in and paid for them before the order arrived. I was assured twice (that day and the day I picked up my husband's order) that I had paid in full for my daughter's contact lenses. After waiting approximately one month for her contact lenses (which was double the time the order was suppose to take), my daughter picked up the lenses only to be told they were only half the bill had been paid and the other half needed to be paid if she was to have the contact lenses. . Because I had assured her the bill had been paid, my daughter was confused but paid instead of having to make another trip. I will contact them tomorrow to see if we overpaid or if I was given the wrong info twice. Very frustrating

I went there for eye exam, which is 135 dollars, more expensive than other store, but the doctor gave a stronger prescription causing me heavy headache. I was forced to wear my glasses with the wrong prescription for two weeks and having headache all the time, they just RANDOMLY adjusted the Rx. I had to go to another store and redid the exam and paid again. They gave me contact lenses trail but refused to give me prescription for contact lenses as I did not buy contact lenses there, telling me prescription for the contact lenses is another 50 dollars. The doctor did not even adjust my contact lenses trail with the adjusted new Rx for my glasses. Overall, the service is super bad. DO NOT go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, after being a client of Parker Ford McKay for 20+ years, I can say that from my experience the customer service and level of expertise is now very much lacking as Alberta Sports Vision Institute.
After reporting that I was unsatisfied with the prescription that was newly prescribed, I was informed I could pay for another exam, and pay for another set of contacts. In essence they washed their hands of any responsibility.
After going to Iconic Eye care in Windermere, Dr. Ambrosio did a full and complete assessment and low and behold, I have an entirely different prescription that includes multi focal lenses. He was very thorough and over a period of a couple of weeks, accommodating my schedule, tried various combinations to get the right fit for me. Great skills, great customer service, and now I have brought my kids to him as well. Maybe we will be with Guy for 20 years....
