Very good location, espessially for couples with kids best schools near buy! Management very friendly, everything is clean! Except marijuana smell...sometimes you are a victim of that!((

I have lived here for over a decade. Park Property is the best long-term landlord I have ever experienced. Building is clean, quiet and well maintained.

340 Mill Road has wonderful superintendents, headoffice is even very nice! Any problems you have they try their best to help you and make you feel valued. I've been living here for almost 3-4 years now and I can say it's sort of a hidden gem. It's an older building but it's so clean and well maintained. They're building another building soon so join 340 while you can! It's good for a first time rental (which is what I am) and also good for a long-term home. People havnt moved out of this building for years! That should say something! Great place! Great location! Great experience!

My husband and I just recently moved out of 340 Mill Road after staying there for 11 years. I can honestly tell you that this was overall a very positive experience. We had a beautiful west view on the 17th floor and I actually miss that at our current condo. Everything in the apartment worked well and if there was any issue, management always fixed it immediately. Most routine issues were handled within 48h. More urgent ones were attended to ASAP. We once had a pipe leak in our bathroom, and they had our property manager up there as soon as I called to do a temporary fix and a plumber there in 30min. That's one of the best things about living there - the property manager, Carlos and his wife Anna, and their supporting team are truly amazing and they do not get enough credit. Also, given the older construction of the building, you will find it a lot quieter environment than the new buildings. Something which I loved. The entire neighborhood is great too. You are steps from Centennial park, great schools, safe place to walk even late at night, the Etobicoke creek trail, groceries, etc. Close to connect to highways and Mississauga/Toronto transit, Pearson airport etc. The head office staff is also very helpful and considerate. When we gave notice to move out, although we were technically late and they could have charged us for a whole month, they understood and waived the last month payment; used my deposit instead. I find that rare in other places. My only concern of late and the reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 rating is that I do find recently the quality of tenants in the building is starting to get bad. I have found a more rough crowd of late living in these apartments. I would suggest the management to screen potential new tenants a bit better. This would help maintain a certain standard and overall look/feel of the place. Thankfully I did not have any such neighbors but I have heard some ugly stories from others in the building. Another issue that is more tenant related, is the issue of noisy barking dogs. There are some tenants who obviously do not know how to keep a dog or care about the constant barking of the animal. In that past year, there were quiet a few incidents of dogs barking for hours on end and you could hear people shouting to try to get them to shut the animal up. Again, more tenant related, but it would be nice if management would crack down a bit on this issue. I would recommend this particular location, 340 Mill Road, without any hesitation. I truly enjoyed my time there.

Complete disregard for tenants in every way. Non stop construction, ants, carpet beetles, cockroaches. I had to seal all the baseboards and vents. Dripping ceilings. Worse when it's raining. No notice for water shut offs. Covid graffiti. Someone steals Amazon packages from the lobby weekly. No staff in the office. Emails responded to bi monthly. Overpriced rent. Staff enter unit without notice and move things. Lots of plumbing issues. Cloudy water. Probably the worst rental I've had in the last 15 years in Toronto.
