It only costs 5$ p per person or 15$ per family for the entire season. Open everyday until 9 pm and has some scorpion-shaped waddle game.

Rude staff, no respect, looking for reasons to kick everyone out and close the pool (they're working for the city so i guess they're getting paid anyway). This year, they've been closing early at least two times a week for invented reasons. Last year was bad, but this year, it has gotten worse. They have formed a group and constantly talk and fool around while not paying attention. Hopefully no one is going to get hurt! They would not last a week in the private sector with this attitude towards customers (tax payers in this case). I hope the city is going to do something about the Valleycrest staff because 5.4 million dollars of public funds have been invested in this pool and it's a shame that the tax payers cannot enjoy it.

I completely agree with the other one start reviews. To Maurice Meilleur ing. who said: ——————————————- “Maurice Meilleur ing. 1 review a day ago To JS and Riri2008Riri, if safety is not important for you, then please go to another place. I totally support the VYC staff and decision. Security comes first. You need to understand having access to this beautiful pool is a privilege, and that privilege comes with responsibilities. Rules are established to maintain a safe environment for everyone and people who refuse to adhere to these regulations must see their privilege/ access revoked! For safety The Lifeguards are the authority at the pool period.” ——————————————- The privilege is for your son, who works at the pool, to serve Pierrefonds residents. It is perfectly normal to expect respect from city employees at a facility in which the city had invested close to 6 million dollars of public funds. Regarding your 5 stars review – I bet you have never even set foot in that pool. And, to the pool employees, if you would put half the effort in doing your job instead of giving fake 5 star reviews or asking friends and family to post fake reviews, you would have REAL 5 star reviews. You’re too lazy to event change the name on the reviews given the fact that your names are posted on the pool’s website. This proves that, if the city doesn’t make drastic staff changes, we will be stuck with the same rude staff next year. You’re too entitled to appreciate your job and how lucky you are. Here is a list of 5 stars reviews posted in the last 48 hours: Melissa Bowman – Valleycrest Lifeguard Marie-Laurence Delage – Valleycrest Lifeguard Dominique Isbister - Valleycrest Lifeguard Lukas Grigoriadis - Valleycrest Lifeguard Gill Crane - Valleycrest Lifeguard Chantal Menard - Valleycrest Lifeguard Gabriel Dellar - Valleycrest Lifeguard Angela S. - Valleycrest Lifeguard Gregory Barsalou - Valleycrest Lifeguard, Valleycrest Pool President’s Son All info about staff and directors is available on the official website (unless they’ll delete it).

Very unprofessional staff this summer. In two instances kids were drowning and they didn’t even noticed. Closing the pool at their discretion sometimes 2 hours before the closing hours.I hope next year the staff will be selected based on their competencies. And btw having family members reviewing the staff it’s once again another sign of unprofessionalism.

The West Island is lucky to have such a beautiful, well run pool. The lifeguards at this pool work hard to maintain a safe environment for their swimmers. Visiting Valleycrest pool is a privilege and the rules must be followed for everyone to have a good time.

Amazing Pool! Guards always scanning the pool careful insuring everybody is safe. Very keen on having a parent in water with children under 8 which is very important in my opinion, lifeguards are there to make sure nobody drowns not to be babysitters! 10/10 would recommend. Guards very nice and very polite. Follow the rules and you’ll have the best time at Valleycrest Pool :)

Amazing pool and amazing staff. As a club member I find the staff are great with kids, approachable and courteous. The facilities are clean and well managed, they NEVER close early so you will not show up to find the pool closed or be booted out. If you payed 15$ for the access card and arent satisfied you can go to ANY city pool in pierrefonds and Ile bizard. If you are rude dont expect people to be nice in return, not how it works.

Our family’s fave pool for only 15$ for the whole summer! It’s clean, spacious and well maintained. You can borrow life jackets for free. They have the splash park too and are located nearby a tennis court and a playground.
