Comme je n’ai reçu aucun retour à ma demande et que les photos n'ont pas été retirées, je fais une deuxième tentative directement ici. Ils n'ont pas notre consentement d'utiliser les images de notre propriété, ces images ne sont pas représentatives car elles ont été prises bien après la fin des travaux et plusieurs améliorations avaient été apportées. Je demande donc de retirer immédiatement les photos suivantes I courteously and privately requested the immediate removal of the photos used for advertising purposes from my property on this post. As I have not received any feedback from my request and the photos have not been removed, I make a second attempt directly here. They do not have our consent to use the images of our property, these images are not representative because they were taken well after the completion of the work and several improvements had been made. I therefore ask to immediately remove the following photos

Un an après avoir investis plus de 180k dans notre aménagement, nous allons devoir pratiquement tout refaire, 3 portes sur 4 n’ouvre plus, la clôture de bois branle déjà, car les poteaux ne sont pas assez creux dans le sol… le dallage n’est plus de niveau… la clôture de verre fait la banane...bref j’ai me suis fait avoir! Totally disappointed! Amateur work ... never pay in advance because it will not come back corrected problems! One year after investing more than 180k in our development, we will have to do almost everything again, 3 doors out of 4 no longer open, the wooden fence is already waving, because the posts are not hollow enough in the ground ... the pavement n is more level ... the glass fence is banana ... in short I got myself!

They included Lighting Plan to provide a feel good atmosphere. Their huge selection of materials and colours for the seat pads fits anyone's needs. Work was executed on time and as scheduled in spite of terribly cold and wet conditions. It's so beautiful we can't wait to get out and use it. Quality and efficiency are their trade marks. These guys are the ultimate 'outdoor' Experts. Highly recommend them.

We spoke of budget on the phone, I prepared a entire file, submit it by email and then suddenly their minimum budget threshold is 3x what we have discussed over the phone. Moreover, the were no response by email for weeks until I decided to call them. The Final touch was that gentlemen who answered my call forgot to put himself on mute and made joke about the response he was going to give me. Rare lack of professionalism and of responsiveness.
