โ โ โ โ โ Definitely a good quality tea place! We really enjoyed the rose osmanthus jasmine oat and the hojicha obsidian with jasmine jelly. The jelly was not that good tbh, texture a bit odd and no flavour compared to the drink. The bubble waffle was average. 1 star off because my iced drink was expensive and was 70% ice, and we had also waited 30 minutes for a single bubble waffle. Overall still recommend, it gets quite busy during the day!

Their drinks have a ton of tea favour and bonus points for accepting personal cups to reduce waste.
Glad to see they're open again, can't wait to come back!

โ โ โ โ โ Had a hojicha latte and a Vancouver fog and a classic bubble waffle. Everything was great! Tea flavours were awesome. We had to ask specifically for no sugar as we usually do our bubble teas with 0% sugar for reference, and they were perfect! The bubble waffle is more like a mochi waffle, very chewy! Recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ Beautiful little tea shop and an interesting concept where they pull โshotsโ of tea like espresso over oat milk. We ordered the hot hojicha oat and iced matcha oat. I really enjoyed the hojicha but the matcha oat was underwhelming and not noteworthy. Baristas were super friendly and Iโd definitely come back to try the other teas and the bubble waffles.

โ โ โ โ โ I met a friendly associate who explained in detail about paragon and the teas. She did a fantastic job at the paragon x muji weekend market. So much so that I just bought the whole online store. That and the tea was really REALLY GOOD. I've been comparing the same flavour with other retailers in my area. Only 1 comes close. So time for some of that great tea I tasted last month with a home brew experience. Very thankful and grateful to your kind and friendly staff for exposing me to this delicious treat. It's going to be part of my routine now. Edit: also got a follow up call with the same lovely associate who updated me about inventory. If this isn't the Best customer service! Thank you again. Also found a picture from that event. Second edit: Finally got to visit their location. Staff are super friendly, they take care and pride in the drinks and food they serve. Love the atmosphere! โ โ โ โ โ You have to come to Paragon if you are looking for quality teas, in particular matcha! They have a wide variety and also offer a small selection of baked goods. Their new location is beautiful but small and cozy. They do have a secret menu, so don't be afraid to ask!

โ โ โ โ โ Exceptional tea latte especially with the hojicha obsidian oat, but the bubble waffle was a bit disappointing as the tea flavour wasnโt strong at all.
All in all, great service great tea would definitely come back for more tea latte but certainly not the bubble waffle.

โ โ โ โ โ Got there right when it opened and it got really busy really quickly. Pu er oat chocolate drink was good as well as matcha donut. Nice atmosphere. The staff seems to enjoy their work.
