Overspray on the doors, well into the rubber window molding, and overspray on the VIN sticker inside the driver's door. Very poor quality work, not impressed.

The dent was repaired perfectly and the paint matched perfectly. I visited at least five other body shops (before a friend referred me to Glenn) and at each place I received the same sales pitch: "we need to take off this part and this part... it's going to take x hours to take it off and x hours to paint and x hours to dry... and we need to get special paint to match your paint... and we have to fade other this part so the new paint would match the old paint... so the quote would be XXX". I really appreciate the fact that Glenn cut out all that BS and gave me a quote upon my first visit. I would recommend Glenn's shop to anyone who wants a BS-free, quick and quality autobody repair.

E	EHSAN GHOTBI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not want to give them a star at all, but there is no offer without a star, and I will inevitably give a star.On the first day, he said, repairs increased by $ 600 to $ 1,800 at the end.On the first day, they said they needed two days, but after 3 days, they delivered the car.I was eligible for a replacement car from ICBC, but they gave me their own car and eventually charged me $ 515 on the pretext that I had come a long way.In my opinion, this is a scam in their own way.The quality of their work is not professional at all. Of course, I had to find out from the dust on their reception table. I am pursuing my complaint again.Finally, if you are looking to pay more and get on your nerves, be sure to visit them.

I asked that he complete two separate quotes , one for the claim , second for other repairs I would pay for. He had a very hard time understanding my request so I decided to write it out for him. After this I went to work and waited several weeks for call which never came to schedule the truck for repair. I phoned several times before I was able to reach the manager. He scheduled my appointment. I arrived on the day of the appointment to find out that my claim was on hold. I phoned Icbc and asked if he sent in another quote for additional work that I requested to be completed which I would pay for. They replied yes that is why your claim is on hold. I then asked if they could kindly approve the claim for the box and the rest they could remove and I would pay for those fixes. I went back to the shop told the manager it’s approved and he said ok you can come back on April 12. I replied really, you still have it booked for today why would you change it. He began to tell Me that it was because the claim wasn’t approved. I said well that was your fault for not submitting it properly. The others that work here are very helpful , the owner seems like a great guy and helpful as well however the manager is not and I will go elsewhere to get my truck fixed.
