★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not use this shop for our cars. They couldnt keep their story straight and when called out on it they just redirect, redirect, redirect. It is everyone elses fault and we are getting tired of not being able to just say "sorry" we will do better next time.
Will head back to the dealer for our work where we are comfortable that there is accountability if there is a mistake.

I brought my G Wagon in for an overall service|check up. $750 later my car was back with a leaking steering box which they claimed was an oil leak and not to worry about it, after they overtightened it and broke a seal. Replaced a fan belt 2 wks later after they installed a new one. Finally after 6 months I have found a steering box to replace the damage they have done and out $2000+ to replace it. I would suggest finding a proper Mercedes mechanic if you need any work done on G Wagons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent $15000.00 into the motor. The valve cover bolts were so loose i was able to unscrew it with my fingers. Still leaking oil. And now i got a real mechanic to fix that. Don't spend your hard earn money there. I still don't know what they did to my motor with the $15000k i spent there. It hurts.
Con man... they don’t know how to fix Mercedes. They are butchers. Don’t take your car there . Trust me I got con into going there by one of his friends posing as an interred buyer and send me there for inspection then they butchered my 1969 280 SL so regret falling for that trick. Wasted $15000. And now I had my motor striped down and rebuild properly by a professional. If you love your car go somewhere else.

I was thrilled with the work and the price!! Done on time and better than I had even hoped. I will be a regular customer.
