She was able to catch and keep in the air many, many flaming bowling balls of our various transactions this past year which included a renewal on a rental home which was tied to our current build on which we also had a construction financing/progressive mortgage... during the early wildly busy and uncertain days of a pandemic no less. And her advice at every step was on point and super, super valuable while also saving us money and potential mistakes. Having Niki as a sounding board and guidance counsellor during the process was a major asset and having her as friend before and after is a testament to her professionalism... and great taste in friends. Not only does she have an insane amount of knowledge and insight into the market (particularly the North Shore) but she will bend over backwards to get you the best rates and any little extras available. (By opening a bank account we ended up with some extra cash back... who doesn't love free money!?) Niki helped us with our unique situation as Canadians who had been living abroad for over 5 years.
