J	James Uster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the 3rd time that we've used Dan Pultr to obtain our mortgage. We wouldn't keep coming back if he wasn't the best. 1. The first instance was as first home buyers, bringing a difficult situation as far as limited funds and recently transitioned to the country. 2. Was for upgrading from our condo to a townhouse. Whilst we had capital gains in our favor, Dan had to work with switching us over, without us getting a penalty (Which he did). 3. Was the most recent, and here Dan ported our mortgage whilst trying to avoid a penalty (Which he did). Dan is an astute professional with an impeccable record for keeping our interests and priorities top of mind. He's everything you want for your property/mortgage partnership. He's quick to respond to questions and lays everything out in laymens terms and can explain exactly what is required and when so as to not miss deadlines. We highly recommend Dan at TMG and WILL be using his services whenever we need advice or something to do with our property.
