O	Oliver Weekes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been supporting par-tee golf since they open 4 years ago. I recently purchased a pair of Adidas Choas golf shoe. I have worn the shoes 6 times since purchase. The heel has worn through from inside the shoe. I went back asking to have the shoe warranty since it has a 2 yr warranty. I got the run around from the manager(Will and owner Cindy). I even want as far as finding my receipt through my CC records and still got the run around. I pick up the shoes after they ask me to leave them with nothing getting accomplished. I contacted adidas.ca and they ask a number of questions and ask me to take some pics of the shoe with the damage area. I received and email back form adidas with their approval for a credit in full with packing slip for shipping back the old pair of shoe. I will never deal with Par-tee again with any business. They are quick to take your money, but not quick to help with a warranty issue.

If they don't stock it in the store, they can pretty much order whatever you need directly from the vendor. On top of having a great selection of equipment, the level of customer service I received was truly exceptional. Will, the manager, went above and beyond to look after an issue I had with a range finder I bought from them. He offered his own range finder to me so I had one during the time the issue was sorted out. Having worked in retail myself for a number of years, I know that providing a positive in-store experience is important but just as important is the after sale service. I received both from Will at Par-Tee Golf. Easily recommended and I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again.

No need for appointments, or crazy turnaround times. I was quoted "at least three business days" by one of their competitors. Very happy that they provide repair services on a walk in basis.

Q	Quill Point (Koyzumie) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind,courteous, and well informed staff, fully COVID compliant, incredible selection of high end clubs and hard to finds. On site testing cages and putting green. Pricey, but well worth it for the level of service and selection.
