★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discriminating between buyers and those who were there to return. They close returns so early post covid. Those who came for shopping have to come again just to return. It was heard that returns line starts at 8.30 AM and finishes at 10 AM when they open. Not fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking is confusing now. All the centre parking is marked as reserved. There's no explanation of reserved for who/what so parking is sparse when you have an appointment there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a frustrating place to park! Every row has different time-dependent rules, and the lot has been totally full almost every time I've come to my dentist! Honestly, the awful parking makes it very unpleasant to come to any business at Panorama Place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parking situation is extremely frustrating. Almost all the parking spots are reserved. There are very few visitor parking spots which are the only spots patrons of the businesses are allowed to park in. It's really too bad as there are some really great businesses in the complex but with the parking situation it isn't worth the hassle.
