The staff at local centre are nice but Regus as a company is apparently built on scamming their customers.

Stay away...Billing practices terrible and they just don't get it. Did everything to push us away as a client after 4 years.

trying to use their online portal is absolutely HOPELESS. Calling the help desk is worse! Oddly enough, I am trying to pay online and they refuse to help me. Appalling!

Very helpful staff. They actually went above and beyond for me considering they do not provide the service I was seeking yet extended their help anyways as they had the ability to do so. Thank you very much to the staff at Regus. β˜†β˜†β˜†β˜†β˜†

Here to meet with a company that is a tenant here (I am a client). I arrived 20 minutes early and asked to use their WiFi while I waited to get some work done. I was told there is not WiFi for guests. Thanks - for nothing :).

Very unprofessional services from account helpdesk to the reception. Nobody has clue how to handle their clients. I was wrongfully billed for kitchen aminities expenses. When i took to the management they mentioned they will reverse the bill in next invoice. But that didnt happen as they dont have those rights hence i got in touch with help desk but helpdesk denied that I opted out from the kitchen facilities... Its a blunder.. waste of money. I would rather go to public library but not here anymore.

Be careful, I booked for a time of 430 to 530 which was confirmed by Regus and only when I showed up did they tell me they close at 5. They claimed not to have a phone # for me but never bothered to try email. As soon as I showed up they billed me for a full hour despite only being open for half an hour. My client told me they needed to speak to me for more than 30 minutes so I asked to reschedule and they said "we already checked you in" and that they would not even give me an 30 minutes on another day considering I paid for a full hour... and I had only been there 10 minutes. I was going to eventually rent an office on a monthly basis here but this kind of service tells me I should look elsewhere instead.

The wife has physio their once a month she really likes it. That building their also has a bio medical lab in it as well. For blood work and other stuff as well
