★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just moving in and the place smells like a curry house, walks are dirty marks everywhere and rugs and floors not even washed. I can not even sit inside because the place smells so bad. The outside and inside is infested with ants at least in unit 42 and the owner is aware of the problem but has done nothing. Ants everywhere...very sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a family member that purchased a home here approximately 2 years ago. The home is well beautifully designed with plenty of space, not a large backyard however. The developers were slightly difficult to get a hold of to do minor touchups and fixes during the warranty period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very nice place to live , recently bought a unit , very clean unit , seems like nobody lives there but is 7 years old but still brand new , new paint , new carpets , everything is shining like new , neighbors are friendly , very nice and peaceful environment .Before buying this townhouse ,visited so many places but this place we liked in our first visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This townhouse is quite spacious although the size for 2 bedrooms + 1 small recreation's room and 2 1/2 bathrooms unit is only about 1,200 sq. ft. The developer's representative who do the touch-up work during warranty also very efficient and friendly. I lived here for 2 years now and I am quite happy being the owner of Brixton Townhomes. The only thing that i don't really like is their Strata Councils. They done nothing much to the complex such as no snow plowing on the road during winter heavy snow, we have to shovel and salt our own driveway and sidewalk, no window washing on first year I lived here and they allowed kids to play on the road.
