★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend purchased me a ring, as it was out if stock we were told to wait a week. 2 months later we go in to see what is going on because I was moving and would not be able to come back. So...here I am a month later with no ring. I now live 12 hours away, the store was unwilling to have the ring sent to my store so my boyfriend will have to pay even mor emoney to have thus ring sent to me. When he went to pick it up he was tild to wait because even though the stire finally had the ring they had lost it. I do not recommend workibg with Pandora at all. It has been a rerrible expirience through and through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a necklace and asked if it could be returned to the Toronto location. Associate told me there was no issue, when I went to return it (I live in toronto) they wouldn’t accept it. Associates seem like they don’t know what they’re talking about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service skills and rasist there. They insulted me on my skin color when I was picking out a ring, and I bought a care kit only to realize when I got home the brush was missing from the kit, as I went to return the kit the sales person tried to pick a fight with me trying to resell the care kit to me when I clearly said I did not want it anymore. As a first time experience shopping there, it was horrible and I don't think I will ever be shopping at Pandora again. If I could give 0 stars on this review I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind of disappointed with Pandora on this one. I ordered a ring and one of the diamonds fell out (which happens). I then got a replacement right away but it came back the wrong size from the warehouse. I then waited 6 MONTHS, for the new ring and had to call every month to see if it was ready yet. I never received a call so i showed up to the store one day and they had the ring in stock… Very very disappointing.
