★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the shop as it is handy but just for a simple repair. The service and the friendly atmosphere was excellent. While waiting I killed some time browsing and the inventory seems of the highest quality and fairly priced. Thanks Lucy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought 3 rings in for repair and to be resized. She told me she always calls with a price before any work would be done. A week went by and I did not receive a call. When I called, she said she would look into it and call me back, she did not. When I called a few days later, she said they were done and on their way back to the shop. I explained that she had never given me a price before they completed the work. She argued me about it and just kept telling me that she told me, she tells everyone. I was wrong and she was right and she would not let it go. I got my rings a few days later and the repairs that I had requested had not been completed. She told me I was wrong for wanting it done that way. I will not be wasting my time or money at that store ever again.
