★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service at this store. Stood in line and waited to get rings cleaned and twice the people behind us were helped first. Once we had the attention of the sales clerk she replies...oh sorry we don’t clean jewelry the month of December. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop was very helpful when I called about a problem with an on-line order by giving me the Canadian Customer Care phone number. I've shopped here many times and have always had good service. As for the eRetail Pandora store, I'll never shop there again. First time buying through them, I received Francine Plourde of Quebec's order (6 charms) instead of my order. When I called to let Pandora eRetail know, they informed me that 2 of the charms I ordered were no longer in stock! They did give me a refund and return mailing label, but I spent a lot of time picking out the perfect charms so won't waste my time shopping with them on-line again.

Very poor customer service, if you want to know, I was buying from this Pandora 2 years or so, and that time when I bought earrings, and they were super bad quality, and people in the store not appreciate my time, I was calling in American Pandora, get for them new earrings and they does not take them back and give to me my money. I lost my time, I try so hard to be nice, but now it's too late. My mom, my grandmother, all the man in my family always used Pandora got the gifts, and now we never come back to that store to get something, because IF YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY THAT PEOPLE IN THE STORE WILL DO ANYTHING TO KEEP YOUR MONEY AND LOSE YOU LIKE A COSTUMER!

Customer service is shocking!
I ordered a pair of earrings when Pandora had a 20% discount code. When the earrings arrived they were faulty. I returned them online as stores are currently closed and requested a replacement. Pandora ignored my request and want me to pay full price for a pair of non-faulty earrings.
I complained so they offered me a 10% discount, again I declined and was offered 15% discount. Customers shouldn’t be penalised for the fact that stores are closed due to COVID. Pandora shouldn’t be sending out faulty products. Customer service agent actually used the phrase “not my problem”.
I’m not asking for much, just to be able to reorder the earrings at the price ! I paid at point of sale.....nothing more.
Very poor service!
