★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to Pango regularly, as it is a 2 min walk from my apartment. I ordered the Cheesy Bread & Small Pizza. At the counter I asked to "swap" the dip. The Italian Tomato is included in the Cheesy Bread, however I wanted another dip instead. I asked the cashier to swap the dip for free, if that's ok. He said no and charge me 90cents! I understand that dips are extra but 'why?' The Italian comes with cheesy bread, but I'm not getting an extra dipping sauce, I'm simply asking for a simple swap. The cashier was relunctant to change the dip without charging me. I understand that"rules are rules" but this seems really pesky to create a big deal from a small favor

This Panago does not. Often smaller than ordered, with raw dough or some other issue.
I’ve tried calling their customer service line to give feedback in hopes of this location improving, but no joy. Unfortunately, they go by zone when ordering so I can’t even ask for a different location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Sad as I've always greatly enjoyed and spoken highly of panago. However this evening they couldn't get my gift card to work even though we phoned the Panago gift card line and verified there was more than enough to cover the balance. Then I went to get cash and when I returned there was no apology, a rude comment and the pizza was ice cold!!!! Lastly, they had removed the dipping sauces because I was $0.17 short! ridiculous won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location in 17th Ave SW in beltline is real amazing and would recommend trying these guys out. They have a great toppings selections. Plant based Hawaiian the best pizza for me also their plant based cheesy bread. ?
Great customer service & very welcoming and friendly happy staffs.
