Our doors first opened on January 24th, 2010 with the vision of being a place where anyone could gather to experience true hospitality “the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors or strangers.” UNA is here first and foremost for our guests and our community. Although our primary goal may appear to feed people, we always wanted UNA to do and be so much more than just a restaurant. Today we strive constantly to redefine relevance in areas of Guest Experience, Positivity, Family Dynamic, Atmosphere, Community and Sustainability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So apparently my 2 year old daughter will not stop talking about pizza now… Shamille was our server and made us feel right at home. The quality of the fresh ingredients will remind you of Italy. The background music should be noted as well, When you go into a place that plays Chet Baker, it’s a great place!!! You must come and enjoy the experience at Una!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza was great, especially the veggie pizza. Excellent crust, sauce and toppings. However, the apps leave like to be desired. The famous ricotta with crostini, was covered in 2 cups of honey, you could not even tell the ricotta was house made due to this and was overly sweet and this was further exacerbated by the sweet brioche bread accompanying it. The pork meatballs were somewhat dry with a bland sauce. I would suggest going here for just the pizzas which are excellent.

Their pizzas are so fresh and flavorful. Cocktails are good and tasted great with a hint of black pepper on it.
This place is usually full and be ready to wait for 45 mins - 1 hour if you are coming at peak hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was overall positive but certain food items were not up to par with others. For instance, the kale salad was literally just a ton of kale and the toppings were dry, with barely any dressing. The pizza was ok. However, the absolute star of the night was the home-made ricotta coated with honey and toasted bread. Just thinking about it makes me want to go back right now and get it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good gluten free pizza, I know it's a challenge to make one but it turned out great! Also loved the chilli oil, definitely recommended!
We also ordered some potatoes which were meh, not bad but not great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our favourite pizza place! The best kale caesar salad anywhere, guaranteed, and they are kind enough to share their recipe. We tried the chick pea fries this time and were super glad we did. Ended up getting a 2nd order.. The pasta is also amazing as was our waiter Roland. Highly recommend Una!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid 15$ for chicken Karaage, got 4 pieces of dry chicken WITHOUT THE SAUCE. I couldn’t believe how sad it looked, just 4 pieces of dry breaded chicken. If we are going to pay that kind of money for 4 pieces of chicken it would be great if the staff could ensure consistency and that service standards are met. Real disappointed. Buyers please make sure to double check your takeout orders before leaving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey Una Pizza is a good time. Dim lighting(no squinting need, twas the right shade of dim to see and converse) swanky music and good food make Una a place to recharge before you start traipsing about 17th Ave.
The service was good, our server was friendly and paid attention to our table, deftly handling a group of 6 boisterous friends who were catching up after months apart. The food arrived in a timely manner, and was plated in a please manner. Great date night, catch up or stopover upper end pizza with pasta on the menu joint!
