They claim to have hassle free billing but I was asked twice to submit my claims on my own and pay upfront (my claim is still pending with insurance company). Here is a little background to my most recent experience with them. I had 3 sessions with Andrew and all 3 sessions were really good. On my third session they could not bill it directly to my insurance explaining that there is a system glitch. I took the paperwork and filed the claim myself. On my fourth session with Andrew, Andrew was not there and they had another guy for the session and I was not informed in advance about this change. Moreover, They said that the guy is not registered with your insurance and you will have to file it yourself. When I addressed this issue to the owner, She was not ready to listen and asked me to find another place.

I can definitely see a difference in her treatments. She always asks me if I'm having any issues, which often I do, but sometimes its great just to go for a tune up after a long day and feel great because she paid attention to everything! Thanks Anne, my back is so grateful.

You start to feel relaxed the moment you step inside the facility. I have been treated by Anne Wood for several years. Anne is a consummate professional - she shows a genuine interest in making the best use of a client’s time, and her technique is top-notch. It certainly helps that Anne is kind-hearted and has a good sense of humour. Good vibes all around!

He was able to pin point a problem I was having in my first visit session with him. He also gave me simple way to help release the problem areas. He went over and above what I was looking for. Having said that, everyone at Panacea is excellent at what they do. This is a fantastic place to begin your self care.
