★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely pleased with the service, and my therapist Janine was fantastic. Without her, I would of ended up with a second knee surgery to remove excess scar tissue. She helped me regain my range of motion in my knee and get back to living my life again. Highly recommend 100% !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience a few years ago with another physiotherapy place & I was somewhat anxious about going to the Pan Am Rehabilitation Service.
However, from seeing Dr. Lukie, Diamond Athletic Medical Supplies & the physiotherapists Pierre & Alex, is a great experience. Would definitely recommend the Pan Am Rehabilitation Services. Very nice professional people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Mark Beatty as a specialist for a lower back problem I was having. I knew he was a talented physio but he may be the best communicator that I’ve ever experienced for any medical issue. He set me on a path for recovery that far exceeded my expectations. He cares.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent several months going to and and for physiotherapy post ACL and meniscal repair. The two physiotherapists I saw were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. The rest of the staff at Pan Am were also very professional and friendly and, during Covid, I always felt that the premises were well sanitized and that good safety procedures were maintained. The only downside at Pan Am is that the set-up does not provide much privacy from an auditory point of view as there are just curtains between each treatment area so you can clearly hear the conversations between physiotherapists and clients in the adjacent spaces. it didn’t bother me but some people may not want to attend there for that reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The care I received at the Pan Am Clinic exceeded my expectations. From the moment I entered the clinic I was met with the utmost courtesy. I can’t say enough about the amazing care I received from Jesse Rubel (physiotherapy). Gait and physical assessments were followed up by a consultation review and development of a treatment plan. Jesse reviewed the plan in detail and ensured that I was doing the exercises correctly. A follow up visit is scheduled to assess the effectiveness of the treatment plan. I have spent the last 5 years being passed from one medical professional to another, with no improvement in my walking gait. I feel that I found the right clinic and physiotherapist to support my journey to better health!!
