I go on one of the beds to see if I like it and the workers say don’t go on the beds we don’t do this here. It’s unacceptable, how am I supposed to buy their products when I can’t try it out.
L	Lorena Pio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bough 2 sets of duvet aparently they where like $800 dollars each set on sale for over $200. They are the worse sheets quality ever. They wrinkle so much you have to iron them. They pretent they are good quality but they are not. I will nevet buy there again.

Their sales assistant will say she always tells you!! Ya right, that is why I spent $300 in a duvet that I HATE and tried to take back. Once they have your money they treat you terribly. I would Never shop here again and make sure everyone knows what they do to fool people. Terrible experience!

I purchased a bath towel and washed it in order to use , lint covered my washing machine ( not the dryer ) discolouration was massive. Took it back to get my money. The two sales women gave me a hard time and lectured me that all towels are like that . To the readers of this note never buy anything from them . Spend your money in a reputable department store which I did . Shame on you who make your living like this

He has a strong understanding of what each luxury brand is capable of offering. I am still using my Pratesi sheets I originally purchased from him in 2010. I will only purchase through him, he guided me with Yves Delorme towels, and from start to finish the process was no different then 12 years ago. Happy to pick up where we left off.
