★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Especially at sensitive site like hospital your guards need to be properly trained. I was at general hospital etobicoke your guards doesn't know how to handle situation instead of de-escalate the situation it was very easy to get situation escalated. Please provides your guards with proper training. Also put values as they are not there to make scene worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your staff at Bloor St Condo literally attacked a delivery driver for no reason whatsoever, leaving bruises on their face and arms. Incident has been reported to police. Train your staff better. You are security or tyrants?
Cherry on top, they don't care about COVID. The poor excuse of a "security" woman went as far as spitting on the delivery driver's face. When he requested that she keep a distance, she said "I don't care". Do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on the number of bad reviews that this company is receiving l would hope that the management does something about it. My experience is beyond poor but downright racist and created an embarrassing situation where it should not have been. The two employees at the Downtown Transit Terminal in Brampton have little or no experience but when given the Covid procedures via my mobile they went ahead and lied to their supervisors telling them that l wasn’t complying with said protocols. Note though, that other persons were also telling them that they were wrong and that they were simply harassing me for no reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every private security company in Ontario is kind of legal fraud ? where excellent services are provided to the clients but not to employees. Employers are cutting their wage, health benefits and just using them as annual contract benefit and profit game.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely disgusted from the behaviour of one of your security officer’s. I was at Pearson Airport, arrivals terminal 3, at around 5pm yesterday with my mother and family when a gentleman pushed my mother into the trolley on purpose while uttering racial slurs and abusive language. I called airport security/police and a security officer from Paladin Security with badge number 7932 showed up. My brother began talking to him but he refused to listen and told us to stay quiet in a very rude and disrespectful way and decided to listen to the gentleman who pushed my mother first. He then told us to walk away as things seem sorted which was not the case. He ended the conversation by telling us and I quote “Go back to Brampton where you came from”! I am beyond disgusted! This statement is not only racist but demeaning and hurtful. Do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never had a more terrible experience with a security company in all my years of living in Toronto.
A few weeks ago, my child was having a medical emergency while we were driving in the car. Therefore, I had to pull over onto a small street and tend to him. Before I could even get out of the car, a Paladin Security person came up to my car, banged on my window, yelling "WHAT ARE YOU DOING? WHY ARE YOU PARKED HERE? DO YOU EVEN KNOW HOW TO DRIVE? WHATS WRONG WITH YOU...MOVE!"
As a woman, with a young child in distress, this was extremely distressing and frightening. He was very aggressive and demeaning, and scared my family.
His vehicle number is 4344 and this was on December 25, 2022. He ruined my children's mood on Christmas day.
I tried providing this feedback privately to Paladin through their website and have not yet received a response after many weeks. Therefore, I decided to leave a review so that the public is aware.
Also, do not believe any of the positive reviews as they all come from employees. There's a reason why most of the most recent reviews are negative.
