L	Lisa Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pacific Massage Therapy on Broadway is a great massage therapy clinic, I really like their expertise and service that they provide. I started going to them when I was 9 when I was involved in a car accident. Going to a clinic as a child could have been a really scary experience, but it wasn't. The RMTs were really nice and explained the whole process to me. 15 years later I was rear-ended several times and by chance I was recommended to Pacific Massage Therapy by my physiotherapist. Right when I walked in, I remembered being there as a child. It was very comforting to know that I would be taken care and I knew the quality of service that I would be receiving. Everything was as I remembered it to be, the RMTs were the same people, sincere and very knowledgeable. I've been to a few RMTs and the clinic's caliber of work is very high. Since I've started seeing them 5 years ago, I haven't stopped; the RMTs have been very supportive through my car accidents and they genuinely care. Thanks Pacific Massage Therapy for being a part of my recovery and being a part of my support system. Also, the clinic's schedule is very accommodating, it has been very easy to work with their schedules. I have been able to go before and after work as well as on Saturdays. I have also recommended my husband to the clinic when he had a sore back and he thought it was a great experience as well. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for RMTs who really know what they're doing.

The therapists are very well trained, professional, punctual and friendly. The clinic is very clean and quiet. I have recommended several friends to visit the therapists at this clinic and they all have been very impressed. I will definitely continue to recommend people to this clinic.

I started going for shoulder problems and have remained a client because I work sitting at a desk and ongoing therapy keeps me upright! The clinic is centrally located, easy with transit and parking with an awesome 6 day a week schedule. I have recommended the clinic to people in the past and will continue to recommend it in the future as the RMT's are top notch in their field.
T	Trish V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been to registered massage therapists in the past but due to an injury that left me in extreme pain and with an inability to lie down I found those massage therapists pressed too hard and didn’t take the time to accommodate my needs, even to the point of making my injury worse. However, at Pacific Massage Therapy Clinic the registered massage therapists took the time to specially rearrange the massage room with a chair, pillows to lean on and extra blankets so that I could sit comfortably and not feel exposed while he worked. They were extremely gentle and never exacerbated the injury while I was healing. Now that I’m on the road to recovery they have systematically increased their pressure, always knowing the exact right amount to use so that I walk away feeling loose and relaxed without any pain from massaging too hard or hitting the wrong spot. The registered massage therapists at Pacific Massage Therapy Clinic are incredibly knowledgeable and caring massage therapists who knows how to strike a fine balance between relaxation, healing and tension release.

I will definitely book again. The only thing I would recommend is for front staff to be more friendly/genuine. The receptionist who was working at the time did not seam like she wanted to be there at all

I walked out of my doctor's office and Googled the closest RMT and Pacific appeared right next door! They were able to fit me in right away and after a year's worth of massages to solve my soft tissue damage issue, I remain a loyal client. The office is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and they are never running behind. The prices they charge are no more than the recommended fees set out by their regulatory body which means you are getting great value. The therapists are professional and really listen to your needs and concerns. I am still a monthly client of Lionel's 3.5 years later and I would recommend him to everyone.
