β β β β β I've lived at this location for 20 years. Unfortunately the building has become run down and the common areas are filthy which is unfortunate especially after an extensive renovation.

β β β β β My wife and I currently live in wedgewood terrace building. The apartment has no sound insulation. We can hear every sound that my neighbour do. I talked with building manager more than 4 times he donβt care about it. Because of the building managerβs or landlordβs indiference, my wife and I are thinking to move somewhere else. Iβm a student and my wife wakes up at 4 a.m every weekday because of her job. In a nutshell if you are looking for a quite place, this apartment may not fit for you.
