★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been living here for about 5 years. Still am. It's an older building but very clean and very well kept. The care takers here are the most friendliest, kindest & hardworking people I have been blessed to have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moved out of this building recently because of disagreements with the management so to get even I left bedbugs in my suite. I also left clothes with the bedbugs in the laundry room and for an added bonus I went up the 3 sets of stairs to each floor and dragged some bed linens filled with the bugs along the hallways.
The 3rd floor got it the worst as a missed a step and fell so the blankets with the bugs went flying directly in front suites 305 and 306.
I only feel bad for the tenants not the management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived here for about 5 years and really liked it. It is a older building but otherwise was not too bad inside. We were in a corner unit facing Fernwood and Pandora though so it was super noisy. The place that made it stand out for the 5 stars were the property managers. Such great people. They care about the tenants and the property and also fostered the place into a community rather than a collection of strangers like many apartment buildings.
