β β β β β I cannot recommend Soola's acupuncture practice highly enough. She has made a difference in the quality of my life for which I am grateful.
I have a standing appointment twice a month. Each session is different based on where I need the most help. This has included stress, anxiety, arthritis, back pain, and even pre-travel immunity work.
Soola's studio is warm and inviting and I always leave feeling refreshed.

Her workspace is warm, comfortable and reassuring, much like she is. I have gone to her with anything from anxiety to fertility and always felt that my needs were met and most of all, I always feel heard.
Her care is specialized and she goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and at ease. She will often throw in yoga poses and other methods to find a place of peace - itβs a great experience!

An acupuncture treatment is often much more than that, Soola listens attentively, asks the right questions. I and always feel like she cares deeply about helping me in any way she can using several different techniques.

I initially began treatments with Soola 5 years ago to help ease my chronic intestinal issues after 2 years of undergoing multiple invasive tests and appointments with western doctors who could not diagnose my intestinal problems. After my first treatment with Soola, it became quickly apparent how extremely knowledgeable, thorough, professional, respectful and caring she was and that she truly knows how to assist your body in healing. After my first treatment, my body felt a remarkable shift. With regular treatments, my intestinal issues began to subside. Over the years, she has also treated a variety of my issues with sleep, anxiety and stress, hormonal changes, arthritis, neck/shoulder pain, recovery from pneumonia, and so kindly and compassionately supported me with deeply nourishing treatments during my step-fatherβs cancer and death. Soola is so easy to talk to and always looks at all aspects of your life to see what could be impacting your health such as your emotional, physical, and mental stressors. With this understanding she provides effective acupuncture treatments along with recommendations for self-care to support your mind and body towards equanimity and true healing. Her treatments are tremendously relaxing and I always leave her beautiful space feeling strengthened in body, mind and spirit. I could not recommend Soola enough! She has become an integral and important part of my journey. Her expertise as an acupuncturist, genuine care and compassion have made her a precious part of my life and healing.
