β β β β β Itβs my first acupuncture session in years and I honestly couldnβt be happier. Dr Bonnie is a very knowledgeable caring and result-oriented specialist who works on the deep energy levels. Instead of an expected 1 hour , I spent almost 2 hours with her talking and discussing issues and the best ways to treat them.
Before the actual 40-minute acupuncture session we spent 30-40 mins identifying the main problem of my sudden anxiety attack. Dr Bonnie made a hexogramme and was explaining every step of the way.
After the first session I feel more relaxed and less stressed. And I understood where my anxiety comes from. Overall, it was a very positive experience!! Iβm pretty impressed!
