I	Ian Weitman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amenities are unlike any other. Great community. Very pet friendly. Dog run is amazing for socializing and exercising. Management care about making the space enjoyable and fun place to live. Very personable. Good location. Walking distance to all areas of Victoria.
D	David Robitaille on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I are really pleased with our experience at 1008 Pandora. Management is really helpful and very quick to respond to any inquiry. We have only been here for a month and I already noticed how relaxed and welcoming living here has made us feel. The balcony size is incredible, the view in the evening is breathtaking (on the higher floors) and the apartment packs everything we need to be independant. There are so many other amenities offered here that I could not list them all. Conveniently located litteraly on top of Save-on-Foods, moving here was definitely a wise decision. The only downside: We should have moved here sooner...

The dog community here is awesome. I haven’t ever had such a great social sphere from an apartment building. If you are new to the city and looking to meet people, this is the perfect place for you. I loved this place so much we transferred to the Coquitlam building. Live here

The replies were on time, and made finding our new home easy. The amenities are unmatched in the city, and we are literally a 10-15 min walk from the downtown core area. You can't beat that! Thank you again Erin! Wonderful service!!!!

A special thank you to Thomas, Ray, and John for making our stay so great. I think the higher price of rent is more than made up for by everything that comes with living at 1008 Pandora. I highly recommend living here.

I've lived here for about a year and a half now and like many others I was attracted by the new building and the amenities as well as the convenient grocery store located on the ground floor of the building however the downsides of the building in my opinion often completely outweigh the upsides. This building is very very nice however ever since about September 2021 there was a set of new staff hired because all of the previous staff quit due to bring treated very poorly by the company and the new staff just don't really seem to care,I've had numerous problems since the new staff were hired and none of them were solved despite me requesting their help many times. The location of the building is another huge downside as it is located just down the street from a homeless shelter meaning that the area is inherently quite dangerous due to high amounts of drug use. Building security is also a total joke as many people's packages have been stolen before and there seems to be no need to increase security despite many people asking for an increase. The elevators barely function most of the time and even getting packages delivered here can be a huge hassle with most people not even being notified that their packages have been delivered. I cannot recommend living here with the current issues present and especially since it is very expensive.

The management team is also readily available and communicative for assistance and support. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay in Victoria!
L	Liz Reading on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is professionally managed and maintained and offers amazing onsite amenities like the Games Room (pics attached). The inner courtyard is fantastic in the summer for BBQs (another amenity) and the gas fire pits for lounging with friends and drinks. The residents are friendly and there is a real community feel here (we even have our own FB group.) Lots of animal lovers in this building too and the dog run/play area is well used! The building management team is very responsive to all questions and queries. The neighbourhood conveniences are awesome. Save-on-Foods on the ground floor and Mason St Farm just around the corner for fresh garden veggies in the summer. Walking distance to greats pubs, restaurants, food trucks, coffee shops, and more. Concerned about the proximity to the 800-900 block of Pandora? The building has 24/7 security. Do you need to be aware? Of course; just like you should be when walking anywhere downtown in any city. The diversity of the North Park and Harris Green neighbourhoods is an asset IMO. We moved into this building because of a fire and explosion in the condo we own. However, we love it here so much, we are considering renting our condo when it's rebuilt, and staying here. This building is urban living at it's best! Highly recommend.
