I got my navel redone this last week and while receiving it John made me feel very comfortable and relaxed!
As for their service they go ABOVE and BEYOND! I’ve been struggling for years trying to find the right size gauge for my ear after I let my stretched ears shrink. I’ve been to countless stores from here to Vancouver, all telling me they can’t help me or telling me the wrong size, resulting in my purchasing a number of ear rings the wrong size, and there really not that cheap!
John brings out this random tool and actually measures my ears and finally finds me the right size of gauge!
Can’t wait to go back, I would recommend them to everyone!

I don't experience such a welcoming atmosphere at very many places, but they both make you feel like an equal, they make you comfortable, and they have always been super kind! They're also very informative, and tell you what to expect, and walk you through step-by-step so you're not caught off guard by the piercing process. I do recommend their business to friends and anyone seeking to be pierced or needing jewelry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great people, very welcoming when I came in yesterday to get my Daith piercing. John was hilarious and helped me with a breathing technique to get through 5 mm of cartilage in one go! Can not express how awesome my first experience here was and I can hardly wait to book my other Daith and future piercings here. Very punctual, professional, and they keep an extremely sanitary environment. Thanks guys!
