Spoke with 2 sales representatives linked with the phone number attached to this businesses. I paid them 500 dollars to have services connected 4 weeks ago.
Was promised it would be finished BY TODAY FRIDAY APRIL 1st. Well haha funny joke I guess I'm a fool and someone has my money. And I "may have my services connected next week".
I was told that they go from the top of the list to the bottom of the list so it is prioritized in order. I explained to the representative that I understand but I want to make sure the people getting serviced this week are also waiting 5 weeks for service. They sounded shocked and asked me "did you say 5 weeks?" I reassured them that is indeed what I said and reminded them they promised me it would be done by today.
I'm a full time student trying to study online. I explained to them how urgently I needed my service and they "apologize and understand".
