The person on the phone was very patient with me as I fought to open my computer documents to access the address and she was very kind and polite while trying to help me place my order. Can hardly wait for the birthday girl to receive her flowers and thank you so much for the upstanding customer service would definitely use this place again. ❤️❤️❤️

Also a huge huge thank you to the delivery person for taking it right inside her place for her as she wouldn’t have been able to carry it herself. I can’t wait to order her valentines & Mother’s Day flowers from you guys. Thanks again!!

It was not even their mistake that has caused it I went back to the shop and they handled my concerns like it was their own loved one. I can honestly say I am quite pleased at the outcome I recommend Prince George Florist

I entered expecting there wouldn’t be much left and it would be too late to get anything nice. Lo and behold, this super-friendly lady emerged from the back room to help me out and save the day. We picked out a beautiful arrangement, and there was a perfect gift item to go with it, too. Most importantly, mom was thrilled! Pricing on the flowers was spot-on.

My only request was that the arrangement include both lillies and roses. What was received did not include either. They also refused to deliver until the recipient answered a phone call from them. This ruined the surprise completely. It defeated the purpose of what I was trying to do. I paid nearly $100 in total and didn’t get what I ordered and delivery was made complicated. Next time I will just buy a couple bouquets from Costco and make my own arrangement to deliver as a surprise myself. The flowers were pretty, but flowers are always pretty and it wasn’t what I ordered.
