★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome location right on the river. Nice areas with grass, barbeque, and picnic tables to spend time outside. Cosy cabins with infloor heating, all the essential cooking needs in kitchenette, and comfortable beds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place to stay if you want some peace and quiet. There isnt a more beautiful spot in the Grand Forks area. The cabins are beautiful clean and tidy, the hosts are incredible and so accommodating. The fishing is AMAZING! We will be back for sure. Just booked our next stay a year in advance. Thank you P.V. Ranch Adventures for an unforgettable time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the best spot to camp for the summer. They have electric and water hookups for 2 RV spots. We were able to get a local company to come pump our tank when needed.
PV provided an amazing outdoor bathroom for the campgrounds use! This is not your run of the mill outhouse. It has running water and flush toilets.
The grounds are beautiful. The river is steps away. There are numerous trails nearby.
The hosts are wonderful and friendly.
It is quiet and charming. Will miss it dearly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this weekend I took a 3h cruise to the Kootenays. Rented a cabin for the weekend. (P.V. Ranch Adventures) near Grand Forks. On a actual working ranch there are 3 beautiful cabin, 1 center area for wedding etc, and a hot tub to relax in. The 3 cabins have a camp fire area & are situated beside a nice clear river. Great find. We stayed in the Goat Mt cabin. It worked best for us. Check them out.
