It’s sure nice to know that there are local, family run businesses that treat they’re customers like family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never call you back very little communication. They don't care about you just your money save yourself a headache waste of time take your money elsewhere if you want quality work. I've dealt with them several times several chances service is the same if not worse.dont waste your time and money there are many good shops in the area this isn't one of them. Had truck fixed several times still having same problems but somehow spent thousands of dollars just for them to play around with my truck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We would like to let the management of P&R Trucking in Nanaimo know about the tremendous service we received in Nanaimo. We just purchased a Tiffin motorhome and were having a few problems. We were camping in Parksville and had some " read errors" and there was also a recall for the chassis which we were concerned about. We live on the mainland and we were planning to take the ferry home in the afternoon and time was tight. I spoke to Lori, who was just excellent! She said that she could fit us in for the recall and the other issues. We drove down in the morning and she was able to get us in right away....which we know is not easy to do. The mechanic came out and walked me through some of the problems which were mostly ours due to lack of knowledge. They informed me that the recall might take longer than expected and suggested that we did not carry it out at this time in the event that we might miss our ferry connection. We greatly appreciated the honesty, great advice and service that we received!
